Payroll Charge Rates

Standard Charges
Set up fee
| Up to 5 employees: | £40.00 |
| 6 to 8 employees: | £60.00 |
| Over 8 employess: | £80.00 |
Please note the above costs are one off fees for setting up a new companies payroll. Charges include registration with Inland Revenue and completion of standard Inland Revenue forms.
Weekly and Monthly Wage Charges
| Weekly Payslips: | £1.95 per employee |
| Weekly Payslips with Bacs: | £1.95 per employee |
| Monthly Payslips: | £4.95 per employee |
| Monthly Payslips with Bacs: | £4.95 per employee |
Please note that prices are based on payslip (pdf) files being emailed to clients. Should clients wish for payslips to be sent by post then a small administration charge would also be payable.
In the event your company has no staff for a period of time, and you require the Payroll Scheme to be kept open, a nominal charge of £5 per month will be payable to retain the Scheme and deal with Inland Revenue correspondence and Tax Records.
CIS Charges

| Dividends Warrants: | £3.50 per warrant |
| Maintenance of P46 Scheme: | £3.50 per month |
Year End Charges
Additional charges for year end production will also be payable:

All additional charges are discretionary and may be charged if there is excessive work involved or repeated requests for information.
